- Borea Jezuchi Bajilika or Basilica of Bom Jesus is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Itâ€™s located in Old Goa Road, Bainguinim, Goa 403402.The tomb of Saint Francis Xavier situated in Baroque Catholic church. It has the body of St. Francis Xavier which was a close friend of St. Ignatius Loyola they founded the Society of Jesus. People say that the saint's body was as fresh as the day it was buried. All over the world, a large number of devotees came here to see it (Christian and non-Christian).It is said that the saint have miraculous powers of healing. - It is amongst tallest waterfalls of India having a height of 310 meters and a width of 30 meters. It is located on the Mandovi river of Goa at Madgaon-Belgaum rail route as seen in the Indian Bollywood Movie CHENNAI EXPRESS. Best time to visit Dudhsagar falls is during the monsoon season as the falls are fed by rain looks very beautiful. The deep forest area of Bhagwan Mahaveer Sanctuary and Mollem National Park fulfils the tourist heart with natural flora and fauna. Visitors can reach here by train from Castle Rock station. They can disembark at the Dudhsagar stop but it must be noted that Dudhsagar falls is not a railway stop hence it has no railway platform. This is a unscheduled railway stop only for 1 minutes, one should be prepare to climb down from train in this time period and have to walk about 800 meters on the rail track in which 200 meters of walk in the train tunnel that is totally dark. Boarding/Deboarding passengers at Dudhsagar railway stop has been banned by Indian Railway. Road transportation, Electric power and cellular signals are not available at this place.
